Pipe Racking System

• A Vertical Pipe Racker, Oderco model OVPR-M87 that can rack pipe vertically in the racking board.
• Racker is designed to fit the existing mast and operates without any modifications to the current drill floor layouts. This pipe racker will fit the existing rig arrangement. No need to mast reinforcement to accommodate the pipe racker.

The OVPR-M87 is capable of the followings:

1.) Racking drill pipe vertically in the racking board.
2.) Handle drill pipe from the well center.
3.) Handle drill pipe from the standard mousehole.
4.) Handle drill pipe from rotating mousehole.

• It integrates the control into a single Driller’s Control Chair enabling the Driller to handle Pipe Racker operation efficiently and effectively without the need of an additional pipe racker control chair and a separate display.
• The Pipe Racker Control for the Driller consists of a control pod to be attacked to the left-hand side of the Driller’s Control chair. It has the buttons and joy sticks for controlling the Pipe Racker manually or semi-automatically.
• ASCADA screen for the Pipe Racker board that enable the Driller to monitor the Pipe Racker operation visually on the screen.
• Also, an optional portable manual joystick operator when needed. This can be unplugged and used during system setup and testing.
